I'm doing no added sugar.. I'm eating fruits and vegetables mostly I think I would go crazy without fruits especially strawberries banana and blackberries

Yes, I'm mostly eating vegetables and fruits just no added sugar. And I eat yogurt for breakfast uaually even before i started...And I only drink water really I should probably start drinking green tea again and maybe add honey.

I know, but another thing is I eat a lot of sweets, pasta, and bread. So I figured if I cut most of that out it would help but who knows. At the least it'll help me become healthier in how I eat.

Thanks, yeah I started yesterday haha I know it's unlikely but I wanted to try haha I'll be happy with just 5 or 6 but I was aiming higher.

I sometimes workout more then I put down and I try really hard to stay with in the calories sometimes a little over but like 20 calories...I do have a lot of stress with work and at home a little...but I never knew stress could cause that haha.

I do elliptical for 30 minutes or more (different levels everytime) the bike for at least 10 and the treadmill for at least 10 as well. I also do some weights for my arms and stomach not a lot but some.

Im going to go shopping for all new clothes and get a new piercing haha and try to keep the weight off...
