  • Hi, I am 63 and have been doing MFP for over a year. Not very successfully but you only get out what you put in and I haven't been putting in the effort. Now following the NHS 12 week weight loss plan and have lost just over 3lb. I keep active by walking and aim at 12,000 steps a day.

  • Hi Kat, First of all well done in losing weight, you should think about how well you have done so far. Think about how you want to be in 5 years time, 10 years time.   • I am glad you are felling well enough to get back on track. I am new to my fitness pal too. I have been messing about for at least a year and now want to get losing weight and getting fit again. I like the fact the MFP give you nutritional breakdown.
