My weight has been lose a lb gain a lb. I've been walking 3-4 times a week, throwing in other exercises as I walk. I can feel a change in my clothes, but the scales aren't changing much. I want a flatter belly.

I am limited on what exercises I can do. I have been walking and watching my calorie intake. So far I'm doing good. Stay with the walking. Its the first step.

Thank you for replying. I'm so discouraged right now. I'm trying to stay positive and eat better and get some walking in when I can. I appreciate all the help I can get.
