Your doing great. If you feel your progress is slowing down. Try changing up your work out. Sometimes I go from the end of my workout to the beginning. It sounds crazy, but your body responds. :)

I agree The hard part is when you go out . And trying to remember not to ruin what you worked hard for.

Green tea has antioxidants. I drink it with my breakfast. A little honey and that's it. GT helps me throughout the day after a early morning work out.

My pre-workout is 1 scoop of protein 30min before. And sip bcaa's during my work out. Post work out: protein shake with banana.(varies).

Great job! I lost 8lbs so far. I still have a bit to go myself. I was off today, but can't wait to make the fat cry tomorrow!!

Hello from Connecticut. I do a 45 minutes full body workout at home at 5am. Protein and vitamins before work. So far so good.
