Well I am thankful for your concern, I hadn't really looked at it that way..I'll try to eat my small amounts more often and see if that fixes anything

I wouldn't exactly say eating disorder..more like just really low self esteem. But until now I've never altered my eating really except for the fact that I used to eat a lot more and have occasional binges

Alright I'll try some more of those thanks :)

I need to lose weight and tone up a little, about 20 more lbs would put me at 150 which is my goal. Before MFP I was in season for volleyball and training a lot so I was at like 2200-2500 a day which was probably still a little much but now I'm in off season and I just go to the gym every day but I'm not training as hard.

I've never had eating be a problem for me until recently and it's to the point that I'm rarely ever hungry and when I am I try to eat like 6 strawberries and that's the best I can do. The closest thing I've had as far as a "meal" has been a slice of cinnamon raisin toast and a half cup…

I have tried except, I don't really know how. I really hate eating meat..like a lot. I physically get sick at the thought of it so I try to fill up on fruits, veggies, beans, etc. And as you know those don't have as many calories as a big steak. Other than that, the only foods that are really calorie dense that I can think…

I haven't. I don't have a good scale and, honestly, doubt I would if I had one. I just usually keep track by the nutrition facts labels.

A new piece of workout gear/clothing is my favorite!

Dry cereal! Seriously my go to for when I hit the movies....of course it's gotta be a relatively healthy cereal but I always have premade bags of chocolate Cheerios and chex ready to go
