Thats a massive goal. You should make 5lbs your first goal. Selebrate. Set a new goal. This has helped me a ton. Im 3lbs from my next goal. Trying to hitbthat by the end of the month.

Kinda. 2 pounds a week is said to be the most. Just keep killin the game. Plan your cheats, be strong, and enjoy your progress. And dont stop till you hit your goal.

10 lbs is super easy. Cut out all carbs and suger and drink only water and go for a walk every day. And what moon said.

I do intermittent fasting. So i eat slash drink all my calories in a 4 hour window. So its not really a problem here. My food choices when i go out are pretty dank though
