  • I just drink a cup of black coffee or a double espresso and wait ~15 mins. I take all of my other supplements (creatine/fish oil/vitamins/etc) separately. Seems to work for me.
  • I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it wants you to do one set of five. I'm using the app too and thought "wtf just one rep?" But then I looked at it closer and it wanted one set of five reps.
