Thanks guys I'm glad I'm not the only one! I guess I can also feel it in the inside and like I can walk abit faster than before and for much longer without getting a numbing pain in my shins :)

Hi thanks for the response, the funny thing is i can still fit into old tops which is annoying, but I also can fit into a top which is 2-3 sizes smaller. With old jeans I can put them on, but need to use a belt to keep them up. But when I look at myself I look the same

Hey thanks for the response, i have taken pictures, however when I look in the mirror it's like I'm looking at the same 246lbs person. Also the pictures I took before aren't the greatest and don't really show my body so much as I've never been comfortable taking pictures

Hey thanks! With eating I usually have a salad with a normal meal, and a snack in between lunch and dinner. As for exercise I use Dumbbells and find workouts online and do them sometimes. And I usually do an hour of cardio 5 days a week!

Thanks! I guess it's because everyone's body loses weight differently. It could also be due to your starting weight. I think I lost 50lbs in 4 months because i started around almost 250lbs

Hey thank you! No I don't count calories. Although I do think it's a great idea but I just don't do it lol I eat when I'm hungry as oppose to before when I used to eat whenever I was bored!

Hey thanks! I would probably advice to limit the amount of sugary drinks and sweets consumed. And workout/go to the gym 4-5 days a week. Also, eat meals you normally would but smaller portions and I try to add veggies and salads to every meal. I hope that helps :sweat_smile:

Hi! first of all congrats on your amazing transformation. I have a few questions as someone on a weight loss journey! - I'm 20 y/o, and started around 250lbs how can I minimise the amount of loose skin I'll get after I (hopefully) lose around 120lbs ? - I'm around 200lbs now, lost weight mainly from cardio and want to…
