Increase protein and lower carbs. Fat% should always be at 30% in my opinion. The more protein the more you burn fat and increase lean muscle

Im trying to compete, not participate. I have been lifting and weight training for a little over two years. I definitely need more experience but from what I'm reading I definitely need a coach! Thank you all for your feedback. Please keep sending more info! The more the merrier :)

Avocado salad dressing! Using a food processor throw in 1 avocado juice of one lemon 1/4 cup white wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste....and while its blending , slowly pour in 3/4 cups of extra virgin olive oil. This way it doesn't separate when you store it. And that's it! Makes 1cup of dressing .... 2tbsp per serving

I fluctuate a lot thru the day also. The best time to weigh yourself is the morning. And I try to do it once a week. Because I find the more you weigh your self the more frustrated you become. And stress can definitely help with weight gain.
