  • Appreciate the replies. Yea, my phone is crappy and I'm pretty pale so definition is a rough thing to see for me lol. But I think I'll finish next week out and start to increase my calorie intake back to maintenance and stay level until the fall. Just to be be clear that's basically what recomp is right?
  • I work an office job and have minimum activity a week, which is why I felt I really needed to cut on the calories.
  • Sorry. I am 6'4, male, and about 330. MFP suggested about 2500 or so can't remember because I have sinced changed it. I just feel like that is still alot of food so I switched to the 1800. Thanks for the quick response.
