I still am nursing also. I feel like the more lean protein the better!

Start slow, like 30 sec of jogging (or even 15 if that feels tough) and 5 min of walking, repeat for 30 min. After like a week or two decrease walking to 4 min and 30 sec running. Repeat until you can run straight for 30 mins. If you ease into it you won't hate it so much. :) And don't be discouraged, running is hard for…
