26 trying to get into running

Hey all I'm 26 and have always despised cardiovascular activities but I am trying to get into shape and get rid of my stomach fat so any and all advice is welcome feel free to friend me

    Start slow, like 30 sec of jogging (or even 15 if that feels tough) and 5 min of walking, repeat for 30 min. After like a week or two decrease walking to 4 min and 30 sec running. Repeat until you can run straight for 30 mins. If you ease into it you won't hate it so much. :) And don't be discouraged, running is hard for everyone in the beginning!
