Hi. I have read online that if you restrict calories and nutrients your body needs to lose weight effectively, then in that case the weight loss will go in the undesired direction. Maybe you're not eating enough.

Ok. Personally, I have chocolate only once per week, rarely twice a week. I'm the same!

I would suggest going for a walk for 20 mins at a pace that you can manage without being huffed and puffed to the point you can't breathe properly as that's the easiest exercise you can do with only your body weight (no weights involved!)

Yes. How seeing a smaller weight on the scale will make me feel, plus the sense of goal achievement without feeling too overwhelmed or anxious.

That's good to know! If I set a weight loss goal bigger than 0.4 lb I'll get overwhelmed by looking at a bigger goal because to me it doesn't seem achievable.

What I'm asking is: what should I be careful of food wise on rest days? I managed to work out only on 24/2 and 25/2. I'm not very fit, however, I'm not new to exercise.

I just checked and there's no option to log weight training in Fitbit app... I think you should log that in MyFitnessPal.

If you go to the MFP section called log food further down after food log there should be a section called exercise. log it there.
