Why did MyFitnessPal app increase calories?

Why is it bad to weigh-in on a daily basis?
I weigh myself on a daily basis because that allows me to track even small gains or losses. Before I used to do weekly weigh-ins on Saturdays. Should I go back to weekly weigh-ins instead of daily weigh-ins?

Can overdoing it on cholesterol make you gain weight?
On 25/03/24 I did 431 mg of cholesterol and gained 100 g more overnight. Is it because of that reason, or is it because I did something else wrong? I also exercised Saturday last week.

Hi. I add food to MyFitnessPal app then it disappears! Any ideas why?
I've been noticing the following: I add foods/beverages to MyFitnessPal app then they disappear! That happened sometime ago in a different suburb as well. Overnight 14 oz weight gain! But why??

100 g loss only!!
Although yesterday I did quite a bit of incidental exercise and formal exercise for 45 mins and had salad and tuna for lunch I only lost 100 g! How come??

Overnight 200 g gain!
I didn't binge on the previous day, ate healthily and even didn't have dinner too late but somehow still managed to gain 200g overnight! Maybe it was the excess fluid that I might've had on that day maybe?? I even exercised!! Any ideas why I might've gained that extra weight overnight??
