I love this approach...never thought of it this way before! So totally excited now for 6 months time too!!! I have 30ish lbs to lose still (already lost 35) and it should be pretty achievable in 6 months! Wow, thanks for thinking like this!! I hope your 6 months goes well!!!

I could be wrong but I think CA125 measures a specific protein level in your blood so it could be something similar to that but measuring a different protein, only guessing tho! Mini goals... 1. Work trip to Paris with hubby in 3 weeks! 2. 1.2lbs til ONEDERLAND!!! 3. Would like to lose 5lbs to get me to next stone before Paris visit in 3 weeks (will be 2.5stone lost).

You can hire for a month or two to see how you go before you splash the cash! I have a waterrower...on loan from my sister...a few floating around on gumtree/eBay etc!
