Planning on eating low carb today so hopefully between that and my gallon of water, I will lose the added water/carb/food weight.

I plan on being very consistent...No deviations at all so it should be a good week. I was allotting 60 days to get to 145 pounds. If I stay the course, I may get there sooner.

That meal looks delicious and should definitely hold you over. I was just given a whole slew of leg quarters. I plan on marinating some in a teriyaki sauce and baking for dinner tonight.

MMMM Pizza, seeing it two days in a row has definitely got me wanting some. I may make me a low carb fathead white pizza. (Alfredo sauce, Chicken, Tomatoes, spinach and cheese)
