  • (Wont let me edit) Lost about 6 in May, not too shabby. Over half way to my goal of -50 on the year. So now I am now starting working out this month, once the gym opens in my building this weekend. Want to push hard to get through the second half of my goal and also put some more muscle definition back on.

  • I've been slacking on posting here updates but been doing Keto since January-ish. Had a few plateaus but overall still losing and finally broke thru a plateau recently.   • Missed 7/11 which was 347.1 I got down to 341.1 by Saturday, but a cheat day on Sunday put me up to 344.7 this am. That feels odd to gain 3lbs in a day. No more cheat day for 2 weeks now.   • 345 on Monday. Been yo-yoing between 350 and 330 the past few months. Just sprained my ankle so exercise is going to be greatly reduced, sadly.
  • +1 to Aria Scale or Withings Scales. Work great and very consistent.
  • I weigh in typically daily on weekdays, Monday for this is a good idea. Will inspire to eat better on the weekend which is usually the problem.
  • I may have an old FitBit you can have Dave, I'll look for it this week and let you know. I use the Apple Watch now. Otherwise their new watch-like devices are super popular.
  • I always yo yo every year. I lose 20-30 and then put it back on. This year I want to make it stick. Down 10 so far this year, but goal to lose 50 by 2017. #letsgo
