I was a ginormous kid. Obese for several years. Starved myself into losing around 20k at age 14 then started training. And its not easy keeping the weight down at age 40...that's for sure

It all depends on your macros. If your fat allowance is around 40% then raw unsalted nuts are always a good choice. Natural peanut butter as well. Then you've got apples, pears, melons and watermelon. Low in carb content. Then you've got your protein shakes, and natural protein bars. You've gotta manage a combination of…

Carb tolerance highly depends on your body type. Endomorphs like me don't do well with high carb content and tend to convert it to fat easily. Mesomorphs and ectomorphs both flourish on high carb intake. Age is also a factor. The older we get, the worse our carb tolerance gets.

You can't hide 1s and 0s under a loose shirt :-) log your meals

By body type I don't mean fat/thin etc. I mean inclination towards faster gains or quick weight loss. Ie although I may be fit now I am still an endomorph. I have a very bad carb tolerance. My body likes to store carbs as fat. I gain muscle easily but also fat, and my metabolism is slow. My ave daily carb intake is 130g :-(

It's not just about counting calories. Depending on your body type (endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph) you have to manage your macros. Assuming you're an endomorph you need to start with 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs. Try to get most of the fat from nuts, fish, olive oil, eggs. Your carbs will come from salad, fruit…

You have to purchase the pro version for starters. You also need a wrist band or smart watch to connect UA Record

Before going keto you should consider your body type. Are you an endomorph, ectomorph or mesomorph?

Hi Isaiah. Sorry for not getting back quicker. Was on vacation for a couple of days. So...before I can give you sound advice I have to ask several questions: How old are you? When did you start training? What surgery have you had? What is your body composition? (Total weight, fat weight, lean muscle weight, water content,…

As long as it's fresh it doesn't really matter. A food processor isn't going to reduce any nutritional value
