Looks like there's some left over turkey, fruit, and veggies from the work luncheon. Yay no cooking!!! Thanks for the replies. I will keep those meals in mind for the rest of the week.

I would definitely find some friends on here and follow their workouts and diaries. I followed my trainer on mfp and was so motivated by the workouts she did. I also followed her diary. Do you track your calories via heart rate monitor, Fitbit etc? You can add and name your own workouts and add the calories that way. I just started mfp up again but if you look at my past logs I name my workouts and add my calories burned that way.

I like using sparkling water as an alternative for soda. I still get that carbonation but not all that sugar. Just make sure you look for brands that don't have artificial sweeteners. My "go to" is la croix-grapefruit or passion fruit flavors.

I like to crack an egg into half an avocado and bake it until the egg white is cooked but the yolk is still runny...soooo good!
