  • Muscle burns fat even when not in motion. Focus on both. I do 10min cardio to get blood pumping followed by weight training. Then i finish off with 30 min. I also alternate with HIIT (kickboxing). This got me 50lbs lighter.
  • Awesome job. Cut back on the prepared meals if you can.They contain alot of sodium. People confuse thirst with hunger. Take one day a week to portion out your meals and freeze. Microwave if pressed for time. I use the plastic Chinese containers. Best of luck.

  • Dont rely on the scale. Ppl get caught up in numbers. Try measuring yourself. Muscle is denser than fat. 1lb of fat can look like a loaf of bread while a pound of muscle looks like a potatoe. Ditch the scale and get a tape measurer
