Change in diet plan concerns

I recently lost 30 pounds on the Ideal Protein diet. I never went to phase two or three. I was really missing carbs. Now I'm going off of calories and using some of the prepared meals from Complete Nutrition. I've also started moderate exercise (biking/walking 30 minutes and yoga). For some reason, I'm scared to death in going to gain back and not continue to lose. Any helpful comments appreciated!

    Keep your carbs low and continue to use fitnesspal and continue to drink lots of water. comngradulations on your weight loss.

    Awesome job. Cut back on the prepared meals if you can.They contain alot of sodium. People confuse thirst with hunger. Take one day a week to portion out your meals and freeze. Microwave if pressed for time. I use the plastic Chinese containers. Best of luck.
