OMG!! I love some of these meals you all cook! I am going to need to write some down and try them out. Always looking for new meals to make. Baked chicken, veggies and rice can get boring after awhile! lol

My favorite is Garlic Shrimp Pasta! Its delishes and a hefty serving is 510 calories. I just replace the regular pasta with veggie pasta and my daughter can not even tell the difference!

I use weights about 3/4 times a week. My arms are looking more toned. I mean if you go really extreme you can start looking bulky, but there is nothing wrong with looking toned.
