  • Hello my name is Zak. My goal is to weigh 190 lbs by June 7th for my family vacation to Hawaii. I work out 3-5 times a week for 30-50 minutes. I am pretty good about keeping up with my food diary. I sometimes have a little trouble tallying everything up on the weekend. SW:208 CW:201 GW:190 (Ultimate Goal Weight is 180).
  • I would like to join the challenge. I am looking to loose about 10 lbs. I try to stick around 1400 calories a day and go to the gym 3-4 times a week doing between 30-60 minutes of cardio. I try to stay away from lifting because I have been known to put muscle on very quickly.
