i have a heat pad that i put on my head. i get horrible sinus headaches when the pressure drops, that morph into migraines if they don't go away with simple sudafed/advil/tylenol. it's called the "bed buddy" (i know kinda creepy) but you pop it in the microwave for ~min 30 and put it where it's starting. for me it's over…

i concur with the above posts! i live alone and am not too picky about food so every night is a lean cuisine night. i have my favs that i pick and i usually combine them with some more veggies to be more filling but i think they are really good. i do wish they had some of the pasta ones with wheat pasta though. love wheat…

for my bedtime snack i've started slicing up an entire cucumber with some red pepper hummus. you feel like you're eating SO MUCH but a whole cucumber is hardly any cals :D soooooo yummy too (and easy!)

sounds a lot like the 30 day shred, which i log as circuit training
-
wow!! you look fantastic! i'm almost done my 30 days myself though i don't think my results are as awesome and pronounced as yours. question: did you do all the plyometric jump stuff (that natalie does) or did you stick with the easier-on-the-joints moves? particularly levels 2 and 3...

Hello fellow Ravenclaws!! My weekly House point exercise total (last sun through this sat) is 333. Also, I know this has nothing to do with our house, though it seems very fitting...GO RAVENS!!

i 100% agree and love this post! i've thought about this myself at times. just devil's advocate though...my dog eats other dogs' poop. so....

will do! should I count sat-sat or sun-sun as a week? let's see, some workout challenges. how about: 1) trying a new cardio machine/video/exercise that you've never done for 20 min. don't forget to stretch differently than you usually do! 2) doing at least 30 min of exercise EVERY DAY for an entire week. 3) climbing 4…

mine is for the opposite. i'm totally surprized at how FEW calories are in my fav roasted red pepper hummus. i can have two TABLESPOONS and it's only 70 cals?! i could eat a gallon of the stuff. it's like heaven on veggies.

today is the first day in like week that Maryland hasn't seen rain as of yet. the day is still young however

hey hey fellow ravenclaws! just wanted to introduce myself. I'm amy, and have known (since the sorting hat *cough told me obviously) that I am a Ravenclaw for SURE. My girl dog's name is Potter, and my parent's girl dog is named Ginny. Looking forward to being in some House challenges.
