Hello all my lifting friends! how do you record cals burned? MFP calculates ~100-200 cals burned for me for 1 hour of lifting. I work with a trainer. Before my last lifting session, I ran 3 miles, and then lifted with my trainer (so I still had my HRM on). For the lifting part, it said ~350 cals for the whole hour. Is…
