Hey all,

I don't know about you, but sometimes putting on and taking off my sports bra is hilariously awkward. It gets all bunched up in a roll around my arm pits and I'm unable to pull it down? sometimes i get tired trying to pull it on or off that i give up for a few seconds and just wear it like that around. anyone else have any hilariously awkward/painful sports bra moments? guys--jock strap or similar moments?

:blushing:

Haha this made me laugh  happens to me all the time, especially when I get home from the gym and I have been SWEATING like a pig. Seems when the sports bra is wet, it refuses to come off. xx

As someone who has to wear two sports bras to get any support... yes.

    So awkward.

 yes! I have a top with a built in sports bra and putting it on can be a real challenge. Almost a mini work out in itself!

Getting it on usually isn't so bad, but when you take it off an you're sweaty and it's sticking to you and rolling up...the worst!

I have the rolling issue as well. I could leave it on as a headband when trying to peel it off...
  • What I find more awkward is if I forget my sports bra and have to inconspicuously hold my boobs still whilst running on a treadmill! On those days I usually just stick to weight training, haha!
  • I used to hate that problem with my sports bra until I found a ZIP UP one made by UNDER ARMOUR and I LOVE it!! It has made my life so much easier and my girls fit in there just fine! Pam

i wear two sports bras at once, and anytime i attempt to take both off at once i become totally and completely stuck. i have to wiggle them both back on and start over, one at a time. lol
at the time it is always more frustrating than funny, glad i'm not the only one.

Lol! I get my hair caught in it when I put it on in the morning and then I have to uncomfortably push and pull to get it right. Ah, the joys of being a woman.

I enjoy how they keep the twins more in place then duct tape; however, they always seem to pull on my neck, leaving a migraine!

Ha- sometimes it's so soaked when I try to get it off I actually hurt my shoulders/arms just trying to get that bad boy off! I didn't know anyone else had this problem!!

I now have a technique! I pull up in the back in the middle of the sports bra so it lifts up just a little bit. Then I grab the front under the boobs and roll it up. Then it's wiggle wiggle wiggle, which probably looks like some sort of spasm, but by then it's usually above my shoulders. By the time I'm done, I'm so tired!! Maybe I should start leaving my HRM on while doing this! LOL! What a workout!!!!

I read the title and thought "how could ANYONE like their sports bra??!!"

Um.... girls with big chests do not need to buy ones with zippers. Not that I have any personal experience with this or anything.... :blushing:

I hate mine. I actually have to wear two so its double hateage.

    OMG!! Right!! Stupid things!

I am a huge fan of the Nike tanks with the built in support, until I need a shower. Once the bra part gets twisted up in my arm pits I am thankful for the rest of the shirt to cover me as I start the fight all over again.

Nothing better than a grown women fighting with her clothes.. Sigh! :)
