sad face! i hope you're not knocking my "energy drink" as it's mostly just vitamins... :flowerforyou:

through recommendations on these forums i've discovered FRS energy drink. It's pretty much just a buch of vitamins and half-cup-of-coffee's worth of caffiene. was originally designed for cancer patients needing energy during chemo. it's by the livestrong people so it's not one of those scary MONSTER SUPER ENERGY 7 HOUR…

Lavern and Shirley! "It's a little wild and a little strange, when ya make the home out on the range. Start your horse and come along. Cause ya can't get a ride if ya can't hold onnnnn"

i get the same thing, depending on the elliptical! i've found that when i increase incline, the numbness goes away. on ellips that don't have an incline adjuster, i have to keep the resistance really low or not use it.

hi friend! from what i've seen on other forums, i'd up your strength training. sounds like your killin the cardio but your body might be getting comfy? what machines do you do for cardio? maybe switch to the ellip if you always do treadmill. If you always do ellip, maybe change to the bike for a couple. I'd definitely…

it's my understanding that jock itch is a lot like athlete's foot (and yeast infections for women) in that it's a fungal infection. i would definately call your dr if you've been using the over-the-counter anti-fungal creams and sprays for a while and they only work temporarily. (if you read the fine print, it usually says…

loved the 30DS though it got very repetitive. i completed the 30 days and was very happy! i also now incorporate it into my day if i don't have time to make it to the gym. only 20 min!! 6 week 6 pack i started doing after i finished the 30DS and again, it was fun for about 4 days. then i got bored with it. i'm of the mind…

moths, jellyfish, and reflections (like at night when your lights are on inside and you see yourself in a window)

hey all! my house points suck for this week, but here they are (sun-sat): 200

not gonna lie, the idea of a 60 day shred makes me wanna cry lol

rompers. they are apparently "in" and look good on no one. maybe infants and toddlers.

i agree w arynamber in terms of stretching. i usually turn off the dvd right after the workout and do my own stretches. like adding some ab, calf stretches and spending at least 20-30 sec while in a stretch (like the leg and arm stretches she does) if you don't rush the stretching and take it seriously, i bet you can do…

i take the gummy multi-vites. they are awesome and don't upset my stomach. i used to take one-a-day women's and i'd always feel really naseous for hours afterwards. never had a prob with the gummies. it must be how they digest or something.

sweetie, i'm so sorry for your loss and i hope you and your fam are doing ok. like shannon said, take it one day at a time! the best thing you can do for yourself and your grieving process is to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. get sleep, eat as best you can, exercise, and be gentle with yourself. all you can do is your best! please…

oooo that is cool! looks like you mainly do stepping but it allows some give for your legs to swing? i'd probably log as ellip too given the resistance. you can always underestimate minutes (that's what i do) if you're unsure.

i'm not too concerned with getting the EXACT amount of cals. i don't have a HRM and the machines are pretty new so their built in HRMs seem to be pretty accurate. i am very aware of my body and can tell what's high and low. also, it asks for my weight and age beforehand so i'm fairly confident it's within 100cals. good…

SUE, YOU'RE CRAMPIN MY KANGAROO THREAD HERE

hey everyone. i'm so curious! i was practically raised on WW. My mom always cooked from their recipes for dinner (yum!) and i understood the idea of points etc. however, i've heard about the points plus plan but have no idea what it is. how is it different? (for the record, i do not do WW, i'm just on MFP)

hey RCs! sorry i've been mia today. i feel like i've been hit by a bus. probably because my house points this week are it's highest ever at 469!!! (sun through sat) hope everyone has a great week!
