Update: Feb 10: 155.4! I went right up because of a trip to London (where good bad food lives) and then got back down to this month's starting weight :neutral:

When I drink alcohol it inexplicably makes me hungry for battered cod, fried rice and curry sauce, which unfortunately is extremely easy to get in Liverpool at virtually any time of the night!
