    I started my MFP journey December 2014. I’ve noticed this group in the recommended list. I have waited until my weight was back to a normal BMI to join. Happy to finally be here. :)

    My ideal goal is back down between 118 - 122. My 50th birthday is this Sunday, 02/05. So I have to let that go and set my sights on week by week, month by month to reach my goal. Also - chainging up my exercise. Dropping some dance classes after a performance 02/14 that will allow me to get more cardio in.

    February 2017:
    SW (Feb 4th): 127.8 lbs.

    GW (Feb 28th): 125 lbs.

    We learn something even on the bad days / weeks. All of it moves us forward even if we can't see it yet. We "will" get there!

    I'm a little late to the party, but I want to jump in! I've managed to keep the weight loss going, even though it has slowed down considerably as I am nearing my ultimate goal weight.

    Starting weight on Feb 1st: 131.4
    End of Feb. goal: 129

    I had no weight loss this week (weekend weigh in) but not beating myself up too much as I worked at 6 times this week including three pre work gym sessions, quite proud of myself :)

    Had some pretty damn tasty naughty food this week which was worth not losing for!

    Not the most pleased as I've been averaging low 60's but always seem to be heaviest on a Monday. Got my fingers and toes crossed for next week that i get an accurate weight :)

    New to this. Lost some weight a few years ago and now needing to lose it again - I lost control and weight went back on. Want my clothes to feel a bit better and feel better about myself. Ideally want to lose 10-12lbs this month

    Really struggling lately. Honestly, my goal is to stay under 1200 NET each day. I need to take it easy, day by day, and the last few days I actually had to step away from counting calories because I was stressed.

    But I've lost about 10lbs since October so I need to keep going and not quit like I used to.

    I weight in on Saturdays. My starting wait was 179.5 back in early December, which is also the heaviest weight of my life. My goal for Feb. is to be 165. My ultimate goal is 135-145 with muscles rather than the skinny-fat I was most of my life.
