I would start by increasing fats with salmon, avocados and nuts which may help with keeping you feeling full for longer and naturally reducing protein I have the opposite problem trying to get enough protein in but over the week it seems to even out. I hope this helps. 🙏

The one thing I have never acquired a taste for is pumpkin pie. I love pumpkin as a veggie mashed with lots of butter & cumin spice.

You are most welcome. I grew my own tomatoes & basil this year & have a whole draw full in my freezer which I use for spaghetti sauce & cook meatballs in it which my grandkids love without knowing it’s keto. 🤗

Have you tried keto granola bars? My son in law (who was type 2 diabetic) loves them and still eats them when he visits as I try to always have them on hand in the fridge.

I think I have just worked out how to reply to messages 🤗 you’ll have to excuse this 70++ Love the meatloaf recipe but think it would work out better in a loaf tin, I have a great keto marinara sauce recipe if anyone needs it you can use it with shiratiki noodles if you are vegetarian (which I’m not)😊

I have been keto for 8 yrs and this happened to me years ago. I now have a Doctor who supports the keto way of eating. Although I have been up & down weight wise (but stuck to keto) over the years I’m now ready to lose the final 5.5 kgs. 🤗

I use shiratiki noodles & rice which are basically the same as I am keto. Make sure you rinse them well the smell is off putting when you open them but after rinsing and heating them for 2 min they don’t taste of anything so will take on the flavour of whatever you put with them. What is the difference between normal bacon & Canadian? As I am keto (8yrs) I’d love this. Not sure what cauliflower sandwich thins are either but guess we don’t get them in the UK where I am at the moment and definitely not in Cape Town where I usually live if it wasn’t for covid.

10% carb 20% protein 70% fat is the usual macro when doing keto LCHF diet in each meal and you can set this in MFP.
