I'll be fasting for more than 11hrs when i wake up. Not really an optimal condition for growth if you're desparate in getting big & happens to have a fast metabolism.

I stopped eating 3hrs prior to bed. Not optimal for gains but it stopped my night sweats!

It's not fun at all Its been a month & night sweats are very persistent. I usually just sleep in my boxers and that gets sweaty too. I'll put a towel under me from now!

I never farted this much in my life & especially the silent ones which are toxic & gets everyones attention. I eat 5 eggs in the morning with bread and a banana. Then i eat chicken and rice all day with lil veggies.

Its been a month since i started working out, 3 days a week started from 40 pushups in a go now im close to 100 but gains are very minimal. Diet is on point and i take ample of rest as i always get very sore with high reps body weight workout. I'm building endurance with my regime for sure but for size im still sceptical…

Can you build a big chest from doing only pushups with high reps till failure?

Yesterday i did weighed pullups for the first time and my lats are aching badly. I can barely raise my hands as it engages my lats. Nothing to worry tho it happens when you shock your muscles and it will go away.
