I sometimes boil eggs the night before and eat them in the morning. They are veryyyy low in calories without the yolk. I ate 4 this morning before the gym! :)

I'm currently on a 1200 calorie diet, and recently talked to my doctor because I was losing weight so slow. She said typically you want to lose 1-2lbs each week. So, no, you aren't doing it wrong. Also, buy a food scale if you don't have one!! :) Keep up the great work!

Great news! My doctor let me know today I can join the gym but to take it easy as my lower back pain is from arthritis. Bikes, treadmills, swimming etc. Super excited I can add some exercise to my diet!

Tried it.... did nothing doctor told me to stick to a 1200 calorie diet that I was better off
