Low calorie breakfasts

Does any one have any suggestions on quick low calorie breakfasts as I'm only having cereal at the minute and getting a bit bored

Greek yogurt "parfait." Greek yogurt, Fiber One (or Kashi GoLean) berries & a few chopped nuts.

Oatmeal (made with milk) ....a sprinkle of cinnamon, craisins & chopped nuts

Both have protein, fat & fiber....keeps me full until lunch.

I tend to do smoothies; I started off with http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/buff-smoothie-recipe.html ... you can prep them the night before and just take it out of the fridge and blend in the morning.

I played around a bit with the recipe (since I only need 1 or 2 servings if my wife wants one), adding greek yogurt and protein powder to bump up the protein. I meant to try adding greens but never got around to it.

More recently I've been doing one with: almond milk, frozen banana, pb2, cocoa powder, lite greek yogurt and protein powder.

Crustless quiche. Make one and heat and eat all week. About 140 calories per 1/4. The one below is cabbage and bacon, but I've done chorizo with veggies, a BLT version, and a lot of other varieties.

Another option is to make freezer breakfast burritos. A low carb/high fiber tortilla, center cut bacon, plenty of veggies, reduced fat cheese and egg whites and you can be around 200-250 calories. Just take it out of the freezer and nuke in the microwave.

You can also make heat and eat oatmeal to just microwave in the morning, or overnight oats.

I love one piece of toast, with half a mashed avocado, sriracha, tomato slices, salt and pepper. With fruit and 0% Greek yogurt.

My boyfriend toasts rolled oats in a bit of coconut oil, before boiling in water. Then he tosses in some blueberries. We eat it with a drizzle of real maple syrup and cinnamon.

Instant oatmeal! 1 packet made with water is less than 200 cal. I buy 3 or 4 flavors at a time so I can switch it up every morning.

Quaker makes 100 calorie packs of instant oatmeal now, too! I get the plain one and mix in a squirt of those Mio type drink flavors.

I sometimes boil eggs the night before and eat them in the morning. They are veryyyy low in calories without the yolk. I ate 4 this morning before the gym! :)
