Me too! 50 to lose and mini goal of 25 by mid May - so a bit over 1lb a week. Aw that's tough going. Pcos is not fun! I hear you about healthy food being expensive but if you learn to cook a few healthy meals from scratch using cheaper ingredients it will help. That's amazing!! Well done. You can see it accross your chest and shoulders too (I know some of that is cape ☺️) but you just look slimmer all the way down! I'm starting off with about 70lb to lose so great to see this!

Hi 40 year old newbie with 5 stone to lose. Is it possible to shift this kind of weight at this age? Been overweight to some extent for 20 years but with kids now I want to be able to enjoy activities without feeling 80 after 3 mins. Love to hear some success stories at this age!
