Well I started off at 6000 steps a day. But I'm raising mine tomorrow to 8000. Not sure what the monthly would be on that. Anyway my goal is 8000 steps a day. I started at 238 now at 233.4 with a final goal of 130

I'm looking to lose 103 lbs. Feel free to add me. I lost 60 lbs 5 years ago but unfortunately it found me and brought friends. But I'm here again with determination but with no friends could use some for motivation on here or Pacer or both.
