I did it yesterday just to see how much the scales went up throughout the day. I usually only weigh myself once a month because fluctuations annoyed me

This just happened to a close relative of mine. He very nearly lost his life and has been given a second chance. He's turned his lifestyle around, determined to stick round longer. Much to everyone's relief! I hope you do well. You will feel so much better

I only seem to get them the day after Iv drank a lot. So alcohol induced and last a day or 2..so I can avoid mine.. Anything trigger yours?
