Today I ate plain greek yogurt topped with raspberries and granola at 3pm! I need a pre-planned afternoon snack or I'll mindlessly eat anything and everything while sitting at my desk :#

I love this thread! I stuck with my goal yesterday :) JFT I will eat breakfast at 9:30am, lunch at 1:45pm, and my afternoon snack at 3:00pm.

I've done it twice and it's definitely my favourite Jillian Michaels program :) I found 30 Day Shred to be way too repetitive and some other DVDs were simply too long to fit my lifestyle. Good luck!

I set one alarm for 5am and get up when it goes off. That's it. You're going to have to get up anyway - why not wake up 30, 45, or 60 mins earlier to do something that will help you meet your goals? I also find that I feel loads better on days I workout in the morning than on days I sleep in.
