I have 1 Jimmy Dean delights breakfast frittata (130 calories) and a kirkland grapefruit cup (55 calories.). A healthy breakfast under 200 calories. Sometimes I bake up a batch of my own frittatas in Corning ware ramekins and snap on a liid. Only a minute or two in the microwave and breakfast is ready.

59 years of cereal for breakfast until the last 3 months. Thought it would be a hard habit to break, but it's working for me.

I'm 59 years old. Giving up cereal every morning for breakfast in favor of a low carb breakfast has helped my diet immensely! When the low after the carb rush hits you want food again. Currently I eat a frittata most mornings, usually with a Kirkland grapefruit cup. I don't get hungry again as soon.
