I find that mixing things up help, like not doing the same exercises and food choices. Thanks so much! It's a journey, but I believe that it can be done! Some days are more challenging than others, but I am fighting every day not to repeat the bad habits I have put behind me (emotional eating, stress eating).

I am in the 1200 range. If it wasn't for exercise I would be over the limit more than not! It's a struggle some days but I am VERY determined. I am on daily so add me if you need to!
