Yes. The total lack of response by MyFitnessPal to this bug is very annoying.

Looks like synchronisation only works if today's steps exceed yesterday's. If it isn't then it will only show yesterday's steps and a minus 300 calorie adjustments 🤦🏻♂️. Problem for me started on 9 November and it is still not fixed. Most annoying.

Hudson (MyFitnessPal) Nov 15, 2024, 11:02 AM PST Hello, Unfortunately I don't have a time line I can share at this point. I can assure you that the engineers and developers are aware of the issue and looking into the best solution for everyone. We understand the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work…

The MFP app was updated today but did not resolve the ongoing issue. Very annoying for so called premium members 🤦🏻♂️.

Seemed to have worked today. But no correction to past days’ errors. Maybe it won’t work again tomorrow. Who knows 🤦🏻♂️

No response to emails or posts here. Very disappointed. So much for looking after premium members. Very annoying such stuff ups always happen after an update. Why can't they not fix something that is not broken 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Same for me. Today MFP is showing yesterday's steps from Fitbit and it also has a negative 300 calories adjustment. Totally nonsensical and it started after the last MFP app update 3 days ago.

Send email too. Although no response from my 2 emails 🤦🏻♂️

And when I opened up MFP first thing today it is showing my Fitbit steps from yesterday together with a negative calories adjustment of -300. Very annoying as it was working well before the latest app update. I have sent 2 emails but no response so far.

Looks like it has finally been fixed as of 19 September morning. It is now showing a negative adjustment first thing in the morning.

I discovered that by 23:55 of the day, the adjustment actually reads the right calories from Fitbit 🤣. So in a really perverse way it actually is trying to encourage us each day by giving us a big credit at the start of each day so we don’t get too depressed 😁🤣🤣🤣

In the last 2 days the Fitbit Calorie adjustment is suddenly overstating my calories adjustment. In the attached pic you can see MFP is picking up a figure of 1497 cal when in fact I have only burned 908 cal according to Fitbit. Where is the extra cals coming from? As a consequence MFP is giving me a credit cal of 394 cal…
