Anyone in the Cincinnati and Dayton area interested in getting together for FREE group workouts? We have them 3 days a week so far and trying to organize more. Time to end this trend of obesity, starting in our own communities!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm outside Dayton and spend a lot of time in Cincinnati running Fit Clubs and hanging out with family. What tools do you guys recommend on this site? I only used livestrong for the calorie counting (food AND exercise).
