Agreed You burn more fat and more calories the more muscle you have also resistance training burns more fat than cardio. Cardio is great if you are doing interval training but I personally use cardio as more of a warm up

Totally agree with honeythighs if you go longer than 3 hrs without a balanced meal or snack your fat storage hormone switchs on i set a timer of 2.5 hrs and always have a meal snack meal snack in that order

You will burn fat quicker on alternative day dieting so use your recommendation calories with MFP then in settings set goal calories every 2nd day to 1200cal theres articles MFP posted on this supporting it and thats what I teach my clients
