add me. i am a few weeks in trying to get healthy and lose weight. it is going ok. it is always good to chat with people honestly about the journey. thank you.

i definitely overeat. somehow the endorphins from the bad food make me feel better. even if it is temporary. endorphins is the body's way of self-medicating and so i tend to do whatever gets the, flowing. sad but true
