Just restarting with fitness pal was doing WW, but got to be to expensive. Trying to make healthy changes for my family and I. I have been diagnosed with Fibro and have a hard time working out. All I can do is just keep trying to do what I can. Better choices and walk as much as I can. Thanks for listening.
