Isnt amazing? A lot of people over think dieting, me included. Why deprive yourself of any foods, everything in moderation is the key, and minimal processed garbage. I have only just started on my journey however this is what I'm starting to realise! Thanks, you look great! :wink:

I need to be accountable!!! - how much weight you have to lose - 55lbs (25kg) - how much weight you've already lost and how much - NIL - Little bit about your diet and exercise plan - I have tried all diets, fads, etc. I am now just using MFP and logging everything, to stay under my goal.
