I don't normally binge and was loving keto. But we went to all these fancy places and I got caught up in the work cation. I think sometimes emotions affect More than what you choose to eat or what style you choose to eat. I like keto because it help me cut without starving. When I was eating more carbs I was always hungry.

Meal prep is key! Maybe make salads and stuff that is easy?! Get into cooking if you can! Fast food is crap. Even the salads are fake crap. Mostly. Let's all encourage one another!

Girl! I was 282 and I'm down to 250! You'll get there and I made A LOT of mistakes along the way. It will click. Just get back up if you fall down and don't let a cheat meal turn into a cheat day...week! ❤️

It's so hard because so many different sources say different things. I've been regularly consuming 1600-1800 for the last few days and that's been fine. Since it's an estimate as no calculator truly knows your exact TDEE, I'll stick with the book and adjust. Also I walk 45 a day during work and do 4 intense circuit…

Online calculators and this book is saying my TDEE is higher than that. So that means I'd need to eat around 1600 a day and work out a ton

I did my numbers on a few calculators and decided to stick with 2000 calories, 1800ish on days I don't work out and up to 2000 when I do. Sticking with same protein and fat but lowering carbs.

The online IIFYM cal is saying 2040 calories which seems like a lot!

I don't remember the original number but I felt like 1500 seemed low. But the online macro calculators are suggesting between 1600-2000...I don't know who to trust.
