Thanks all! I don't live in the states but I will try to look for Mrs dash. I'm not good at gardening probably will kill the herbs :p Someone told me spicy sauce is low calorie but I don't know which one she is talking about. Is all spicy sauce low calorie?

Thanks all! I am using an electronic scale to measure my food so it should be quite accurate. Eating back half of my exercise amount is a good idea! So far my net cal haven't been lower than 1000. Usually around 1100. Perhaps I should eat a little bit but if I'm too full that I should just let it go :p

My ratio was 45p/30c/25f at first . Then I changed to 40p/30c/30f. now I have change to 40p/35c/25f I want to lose fat. I heard more protein and low carb can help lose fat... Which ratio is better?

The first 2 weeks of diet I feel hungry all the time but as long as I don't faint, I embrace the hunger. Just let the stomach growl. But 2 weeks later I get used to the portion I eat and don't feel hunger anymore. But Firstly make sure you eat healthy food. High sugar will make you more hungry

Thank you all! I also prefer to get my Fibre from whole food. Chia seeds and prune sounds like good idea. I will give them a go! ;)
