Being able to do exercise, keeping up with the kids, or tasks that I used to struggle with before. Being able to complete them better, faster, & able to breathe easier.

I like to be around 135-125. Much less than that I start to look like a kid.

Mirrors! They are always up to high. You can only see the eyes and MAYBE the nose.
