  • If I increase my calories then exercise calories would definitely not get eaten. Finishing 1230 is hard enough since it's a lot of eating for me, and MFP gave me that calorie goal
  • "I've never understood how anyone could eat less than 1500 without losing their mind tbh" At 5'2" I get 1250 calories a day and sometimes it's hard for me to finish it all, I can't imagine trying to eat 1500 calories a day with healthier foods, that makes my tummy hurt just thinking about it. Everyone's different :)
  • Thank you all for your replies! I think I'll start weighing myself once a week every Sunday morning, I don't want to stress over the scale, it hurts my motivation! I'll keep doing what I'm doing
  • I should say I weigh myself naked lol and in the morning before food. I also don't really eat back exercise calories because I'm just not hungry. And for menses I just ended the 6th
  • Hot cheetos, lime hot cheetos and extra hot hot cheetos, I blackout and when I come to I have red fingers and crumbs all over my couch, idk what happens...
  • Lime hot cheetos with salsa Valentina or the xxhot cheetos, my kryptonite I try to stay away from!!
  • I feel like it's a huge pain to log every little spice. I log oil and butter for cooking but definitely not spices!
  • Wait...you're supposed to log spices?!
  • It's not on the product itself but the people who pitch it (average Joe distributors with no training) for the cause of suing. Claiming it cures diseases and stuff which it doesn't, just a weight loss aid. The product is fine.
  • I've yet to see one solid research article linking the liver damage to herbalife, or a direct ingredient in the shakes. Herbalife makes millions feel great and lose weight, but misinformed people get on their high horse and automatically hate herbalife and judge those who use it successfully.
  • I've given my experience for the poster. The supplements helped. No need to be snarky about it.
  • Never had any ill effects from herbalife, only good ones. And you learn to portion control and yes you "learn to measure and log actual food" for dinners and snacks. I personally do the shakes because eating foods during the day don't always agree with me, not everyone has to stay on them to keep weight off. You'd learn…
  • Hmmm, I'm not someone who sells it and I use it AND recommend it. I'm technically a "distributor" but I don't pay extra and I get a discount. I do not sell it, I refuse to, I just buy it for myself and use it. I've lost about 12 pounds on it so far, and I have learned portion control through my own healthy dinners. I don't…
  • I don't understand the bashing of herbalife as a product. It's a meal replacement shake like any other and it works if you stick to it. No I'm not a distributor either, just someone who uses it and likes it. As someone who struggles eating during the day, these shakes are easy for me to drink and get my necessary calories…
  • Meh the wraps really didn't work for me, but I tried fat fighters and the vitamins and it helped me lose 6 pounds. No it wasn't only them, I did my herbalife shakes and a reasonable meal everyday, but I do believe they helped with nutrition and calorie consumption just like any other supplement would have. Just my personal…
  • Thanks to everyone for your replies, very good advice!
  • MFP suggests 1480 calories a day but that seems like a lot of food for me. And I haven't weighed myself since I started a week ago. I haven't hardcore worked out in awhile, college and work keep me too busy.
  • Goal came from when I started herbalife and used the little tool it came with to calculate it. But I'm not sure if I used it right
  • I love chips. Especially hot cheetos with hot sauce, very hard to quit those!
