My main goals for March are to get healthy by doing my physio and incorporating a good strength training program into my workouts (since weak core and butt muscles are what caused the problems I'm having now). After 2 weeks off and in physiotherapy I was able to try running today. Just 15 minutes very slow, 2 minutes running/1 minute walking. I aggravated my shins and ankles trying to slowly start running again last weekend so had to stop again until I saw a Sports Medicine doctor today.
